Is it important to remember all the sections given in the institute material of ICSI of all subjects in the exam point of view and in career point of view, in the respective fields.

Do you think tht any one can remember all the section, in CS basically what you have to do is to learn the important Sections of the companies act both for the exam and for your future career
for Eg - Sec. 274 (1) (g) Regarding the Disqualification of Directors
But you dont have to memorise these sections, it will automatically set in your mind if you try to solve more and more practicle case study of the Corporate Law and Read legal descisions of the Supreme Court in the Various Cases of the Company Law.
Let me Know wether you are in CS Inter or Final so That I can Suggest You the appropriate technique of memorising the important points from the exam point of View
