Does section 10TTA still exist for FY 2018-19 or it has been replaced by 80CCB?

80TTA is for Deduction of interest upto 10K which is as it is no change 80CCB is for investment in equity linked scheme both do not have any link

Yes, Sec 80TTA and sec 80CCB both are different section, dealing with different provision of law. There is no link between both sec.
