how can a recipient of goods or services or both issue invoice in his own name?????is it allowed???if so ....clarify plz

The Self Invoice is not giving to others / Suppliers. It's for your account purpose or Tax detail purpose...
Self invoicing is for reverse charge cases. This is to ensure that you claim ITC of all RCM payments made.
