Plz provide your valuable suggestions regarding this:
As per my knowledge, Section 247 (Registered Valuer) is still not applicable.. That means we are not required to submit valuation report for making allotment of any private company till yet.
But still everyone is saying to prepare valuation report also... plz suggest whether it is required to prepare report of regitered valuer, if we make an allotment as on date...???
Section 247 has still not been notified and hence the question of valuation report from registered valuer does not arise. MCA has already amended Rules to provide that certificate from CA having 10 years experience will be sufficient for this purpose.
Thanks a lot for informing sir....can u please tell me the date of amendment or else plz provide me the link of that rule ..!!
