I am going to a company where one Company secretery is appointed as an employee in the company at an age of 67 years. for deduction of tds whether we will deduct the tds under 192A or at 194J.

if he is employee for the company then tds will be deducted under section 192 and if not then 194j
if he is employee 192A

Ok. Then for him tds have to be deducted under 192A.
Here my doubt is can a person at an age of 67 can be appointed as an employee.
