First AGM 15 june 2017
Time limit of subsequent AGM (earliest of following)
* 6 month from the date of close of financial year ( 31-3-18 + 6 month = 30-9-2018)
* maximum 15 gap from 1 AGM ( 15-9-2018)
* each year ( 31-12-2018)
Earliest was 15 sep 2017 so AMG shall held before this date
