I Have File an ITR for F.Y.  2013-14, claiming refund. and the Salary received was for the Arrear for 15 Years. But ITO has not accepted the Deduction U/s 89 for Arrear. and released refund as per regular computation as per tax slab.

So what should i Do for claiming the remaining refund.

1) Did you fill form 10E and uploaded - most probably not - OK do the following

2) Log in to efiling website. then Efile--> fill form other than ITR-->  select assesment year--> select form no 10E

3) First tab is instructions - second tab is form 10E - third tab is Annexure -I which consists of  arrears or advance of salary. You need not fill Annex -II, IIa, III, Iv. as you can see these dont pertain to you.  SO FILL ONLY 10E AND Annex 1.

4) Fill it and submit.

5)  Now go to accounts --> rectification --> fill the necessary details like AY and  Comm No.   Just say reprocess the case.

I hope this should work

I agree with S. Shiroor.

Submitted the Form 10E, but again the same tax has been calculted by the dept.

now what should i do..
