I have retinitis pigmentosa and therefore have low vision and this has been getting worse over the years.
I have tunnel vision and both my eyes have this problem. I want to know how to claim deduction under section 80 U.
Do I need a certificate from a government hospital or any doctor MS opthermologist will do? Thanks.
