I am living in Gurgaon (Haryana) presently in society flat on rent & I have a own house at Saharanpur (U. P.) but not rented out. I am a government pensioner but not receiving HRA. As I came to know that if you have not owned any house there where you are living.
Am I entitled to claim rent paid in section 80GG in my tax return for AY 2019-2020?
