if I purchased a plot of land last year and want to take a loan to build a house on it.
then can I claim tax exemption under 80EEA for
1.plot and house after building
2.only house after building
3.None

As per the reading of section it is mentioned that if u take loan for PURCHASE OF residential HP so I dont think for construction of house the section is applicable it is for purchase only that too the stamp duty value should not exceed 45 lakhs but confirm from others too

80EEA is allowed only for Home Loans taken from 01-04-2019 to 31-03-2020.
So if you take loan now you are not eligible for this section
