Is deduction under section 80CCF for Infra bonds still allowed or it was only introduced for a specific year?

Deduction u/s 80CCF has been abolished/discontinued w.e.f FY 2012-13
Investment made in infra bonds are now covered in 80C limit of Rs.1,00,000/- They dont carry additional deduction.

The answer given by Mihir is absolutely correct. Sanjana if u can provide the sourse that where it is written that investment in infrastrucure bonds is covered under deduction of Section 80C then I would be highly thankful.
