can any one explain me section 80CCE and 80 CCE(IB)
can we take (employee and employer contribution's) deduction for both.

it's not 80cce, it's 80ccd. you can claim employee contribution to an extent of rs. 2 lakhs (1.5 lakhs under 80ccd(1) and 50 k under 80ccd(1b). for employer contribution, the same needs to be declared us income before claiming it under 80ccd(2)
