Hi all,

can anyone tell me section 80 IBA applicable to whom? whether any special project allow this exemtion or all builders taking permission from Municipal corporation can claim this exemtion.

is it required to register in any government scheme for claiming this exemtion.

No, its specifically for affordable housing projects in the support of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.

The projects are sanctioned under the Affordable Housing Scheme from town planning authority. The sanction letter specifically has the remark in it.

k. but how to get covered in pradhan mantri Awas Yojana. should I apply somewhere or it is get covered if I fulfill the conditions of section 80 IBA
