For getting a Certificate under SEction 80DD for Hearing Impairment, whether Govt. Hospital ENT is required or Civil Surgeon who should be ENT Specialist? Kindly clear the confusion

for getting deduction u sholud get the certificate from your local CMO office.
that will we sure shot get your deduction under income tax act & the section
for all type of Impairment,departement requried the certificate issued by the CMO of local area

Please clarify if the certificate from medical practitioner mentions the disability to be above 40 % . can the deduction for severe disability be claimed?
