When there is modification of charge , then in downtown many days company have to register the charge ?

As per the provisions of Section 77 of the Companies Act 2013, every Company shall file the application for modification of charge within 30 days from the date of modification of charge without any additional fees.
There is the option that Charge holder can also file the Charge to ROC on behalf of the Company.
But after the expiry of 30 days but within the period of 300 days from the date of modification application for modification can be given along with CHG 10 as an attachment for the reason specifying the delay in filing along with additional fees.
But after the lapse of 300 days there is no option other than the condonation of delay. Application has to be filed to Regional Director for condonation of delay
