A has given advance Rs. 30 Lacs to purchase a flat on 30/11/2021.
Now my question is that whether A is eligible to get exemption of Rs. 30Lacs u/s 54F.
YES PROVIDED THE RETURN FOR AY 2021-22 NOT FILED YET.
