In case of salaried employee, opting to decalre income under presumptive taxation, in which section he is eligible to declare income ?

salary in not business so no 44AD/ADA

If Your income earned from Salary then it's not covered under Business head...
So, sec 44AD or 44ADA is not applicable.

Section 44AD is available only on business income and 44ADA for professional income

right, he is neither doing business nor giving services in his professional capacity, he will pay tax as per slab rates
