Dear All,

Can an individual contractor, who is providing Repair and maintainance services , file his ITR under section 44AD?

yes
any business who is not maintaining book of accounts and his gross turnover is less than 1 cr can file ITR u/s 44AD subject to that he have to make profit 8% or more

Yes he can file ITR 4S
