Section 43ca & 56(2)

Hello,

I come to know that the FM has proposed section 43CA & 56(2) in this budget.  

Please tell from when it will be affected and its impact.

I have purchased two property.

1) Sep 2012 at Rs 2000 Per SQFT(under cust) and now the stamp duty Rate which i need to pay for registery is Rs 2500 Per SQFT

2) June 2010 at Rs 1500 Per SQFT and now the stamp duty Rate which i need to pay for registery is Rs 2200 Per SQFT.

Please advise.
