Do Incentives are covered under Bonus for purpose of sec. 43B allowance ?

I think the Incentive includes in Bonus. To avail tax deduction U/s 43B the employer should pay the incentiveamount
to the employees. Whatever named it is in general incentive gives on performance/target base and Bonus gives on periodical / profitability.
Hence the Incentive also covered under Bonus..
