we made the cash Payment of Rs.50,000 of Indirect tax(Entry Tax etc.) to Government.
Does it allow in Income Tax Act?

Since u made payment to the government the expenditure is allowable and it does not attract 40 A (3)

payment made to govt. whether it is in cash or any other mode does not attract sec 40A(3)..Hence, the entire amount paid by you shall be allowed
