Dear All,
Can section 35(1)(ii) deduction be available to individual not having business income ?

i dont agree..
in ma view, in that case 100% deduction can b allowed by virtue of section 80GGA..........
Nd ms. pooja, sectin 80GGB deals wid political donations nd that too for companies
