i dont agree..
in ma view, in that case 100% deduction can b allowed by virtue of section 80GGA..........
Nd ms. pooja, sectin 80GGB deals wid political donations nd that too for companies

No this is not available for them who does nt have PGBP incom.....................but they can claim deduction u/s 80 GGB pls see that section & expert pls correct me if i m wrong |
