Is it mandatory to place Register of contract in which directors are interested u/s 301 at Annual General Meeting ?

Dear Yogesh,
Such register need not be placed before the annual general meeting. Board of directors approval would be sufficient vide sec.297(4)
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
