Section 274(1)(g) is applicable on Public Company only then why we show clarification as per sec 274(1)(g) i.e. Director's disqualification in Audit Report of Private Company.

Section 227(3)(f) required auditor to state in his report "whether any director is disqualified from being appointed as director under clause g of sub section 1 of section 274.
Section 227(3)(f) applies to auditor of a company. so irrespective of whether it is a private or a public company, it has to be reported

These are two different sections, applicable to two different persons in relation to company.
Section 274(1)(g) deals with disqualification of directors
Section 227(3)(f) deals with (powers and deuties) reporting duties of auditor.
