Can any one clear my idea about the minimum required capital for incorporation of Section 25 Company?
Further can Section 25 company be formed as "private Limited" or "public Limited" or only as "Public Liimited" and not as "Private Limited"?

Section 25 Companies have been exempted from this requirement regarding minimum share capital by insertion of sub-section (6) through Amendment Act of 2000. As such they can be registered even if they have share capital less than the statutory minimum.
It can be a private or a Public Co.
