I have a section 25 companies and Commissioner of Income Tax issued order to delete a clause in MOA, can you help me out with the procedures for it in MCA ?

You need to pass resolution mentioning the changes in the object clause of memorandum.
Post that File Form 23 with ROC to inform them about the changes.
Agree....u should have to infrom roc.
