My client return was upheld didto 245compliance.
i have refund for year 22-23 which was more than outstanding demand.
my query is if I pay the amount outstanding demand shall I get total refund.
or shall I intimate to adjust against refund.
i have not received 245 notice.
Don't pay dues now. Let it gets adjusted against refund. The system may not credit the payment before adjustment, and it may happen that you may have to run pillar to post for refund of the dues amount paid at this stage.
