Aadhaar PAN linking can be done with 1000/- late fee under section 234H.
How many days it will take to make the PAN operative ?
PAN will be Operative till 31/03/2023 even though if it's not linked with Aadhaar
Pan can be linked with Aadhaar by paying a penalty
of Rs 500 till 30 th June 22
there after from 1st July Rs 1000 penalty will be levied.
