Dear all,
There is lot of confusion relating to appeals and related procedure w r t 234E.
Do we need to intimate CPC that we have filed appeal against the order of sec 234E?
CPC is sending reminder mails for payment of demand .

Dear friend
Stay in respect of 234E is only for the particular assessee.That order is not applicable for others.If you want you can appeal and get an order in your favour from the court citing this order.Till you get an order in your favour you are liable to pay Rs.200/- perday u/s 234E.

We have already filed appeal with CIT (A)
My query is Do we need to intimate CPC that we have filed appeal against the order of sec 234E?
How to stay the demand till the appeal is heard bcz it will take time to come on hearing
