what all is reqd to be done after change of name of the Company. Like who all are required to be intimated

Dear Tanvi,
In so far as the intimation is concerned you should inform in written to all the respective authority/ies.e.g Tax departments(including state tax departement),RBI(if there is any collabiration in the company),service tax departemnt(according to applicablity) etc .
Take details from the company what all permissions/lincense company has obtained as such and then proceed accordingly.
