05 August 2014I have sold one flat for 57,00,000 and deposited 1% TDS 57000, in form 26AS, its appearing under seller of property, in ITR2 there is an option TDS3 to include this info, if I include this, will I get a refund of this amount because in return the moment I include this info, it shows as refund.

Yes, you will receive the refund of that amount when your ITR gets processed.
