One of my client doing labour charges business (proprietary concern ) they have paid every month 35k amount his one of worker, he treated as salary, but he has computing every year under section 44ad presumptive basis, but here he has to deduct tds on 35k to his employee or not, but I thought if his turnover not less than 2 crore he no need to deduct the tds, please clarify me he has to deduct the tds or not, if not give me perticular notification or circular.

TDS turnover limit is >1CR for individual.
And for others as per TDS provisions TDS need to be done.
