Kindly clarify how Section 187 is different from proxy we appoint in section 176 of the Companies Act,1956.

Dear Meenu,
read carefully,
sec. 187 is for specific purpose for corporate and in this proxy has same right as in sec. 176.
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
