Whether Appointment includes reappointment?
Can Director disqualified due to Sec 164(2)(b) be reappointed in ANOTHER company in which He is already a director.

NO HE CAN'T BE APPOINTED OR REAPPOINTED IN OTHER COMPANY ALSO UPTO 5 YEARS
