standard deduction to salary person include govt or Private, if private is included in this deduction then how to calculate their salary because private employer not give form.no 16 and provide simple receipt of salary which mention monthly salary and deduct leave charges, after deduct give balance amount to employee.

Straight Rs.40,000 deduction is available for AY 2019-20 for every salaried person irrespective of their employer.
