Can anybody clear about the period of holding of unlisted equity shares to determine whether long term or short term for Assessment Year 2018-19! if possible provide the link for notifications.
With effect from Assessment Year 2017-18, period of holding to be considered as 24 months instead of 36 months in case of unlisted shares of a company, for long term holding period.
