13 July 2023I like to confirm whether I can claim some amount in this section under cost of travel on tour . I am having car petrol bill of approx 2000 inr per month .
Are you eligible to claim exemption in respect of expenditure incurred on cost of travel on tour or transfer, maintenance of uniform, etc G [ Refer Section 10(14)(i) read with Rule 2BB(1).

No. Not eligible unless employee had reimbursed it under an expense.
