Whether Secretarial Standards referred to in Section 118(10) of the Companies Act, 2013 have been notified and approved by the Central Government? I think we will need to follow the same after the same are approved by the Central Government.

Not yet notified. ICSI had placed the revised exposure drafts on its website for final comments.
