Kindly update me on the additional secretarial compliances (apart from the standard routine compliances) in a private limited company having a foreign shareholder (49%) from Companies act angle and FEMA regulations.

Well I cannot find any additional compliances for a company where there is FDI from Ca 1956.
From FEMA 1999, file Form FC GPR Part B with RBI, Mumbai.
