Secondment is the transfer of a person from their regular organization for temporary assignment elsewhere, to transfer an employee, official temporarily to other duties.
Secondments offer different work situations, which is valuable for staff development. Specific required experience/skills, which do not exist, can be brought into the organisation.
Secondments offer everyone concerned a number of benefits: - Secondees gain specialist skills, knowledge and experience - Secondees return to their employer or clients with valuable skills, knowledge and experience - The organisation where the secondment is taking place benefits from a different set of skills and expertise - Networking and contact development can be improved for the benefit of all concerned

( I THINK ITS THE SECOND CONDITION FOR TRANSFERRING ARTICLESHIP)
