We have deposit (Service Tax) S.H. Edu. Cess in code 0044 RAT (this is right or wrong)

i want to know about accounting codes for payment of central excise duty respectivly: Particular Accounting Code 1. Central E.Duty @ 16% ? 2. Education Cess @ 2% ? 3. S.H.E.C. @ 1% ?

the service tax code for S&HE Cess is 004400299 in service tax and it may be 00380086 for Excise Duty
