i am receiving hra . if i dont claim deduction u/s 10(13A). can i claim deduction u/s 80GG.

No. For claiming deducts u/s 80gg, one of the conditions is you should not receive HRA.
No you can't as you have hra
Can not claim if you are receiving HRA which is Exempt u/s 10(13A) of Income tax Act, 2017
