oki friend..But don 4gt to study serv tax and VAT from stdy material ok..esp if any specific services are mentioned..cos last time exam evrything was directly from stdy material..and its for 50 marks for IPCC ...so it does make a diff

YA,i support But in the book supplied by institue itself says that it will be allowed even if the income earned was exempt.. Case law-cit v. Rajindra prasad moody(page no-4.235 of taxation ipcc)
