An Individual given his Plot for development in April 2013 and received possession of Five Flats in different floors in Mar 2014. whether he is eligible for Exemption for five Flats U/s 54F of the Income tax Act.

No. Act defines only one flat, that may be a single unit of different flats united together on single floor.
