Can a person having more than one house claim the exemption under sec 54 of income tax act

yes 54 deduction can be claimed but not 54F deduction

Yes u can claim exemption u/s 54 after having more than 1 house

But the exemption will be available in respect of only one house i,e, investment in one house only is permitted now.
