Sec 44ad(presumptive income) for tuition income

An Individual is earning income from tuition. Is it Business Income or Professional Income? Can i opt for Presumptive Income u/s 44AD for calculation of Business/Professional Income?

Secondly, can i file the same u/s 44AD in this year if the last year ITR was filed under normal provision of Business Income?
