In FY 2017-18 my friend has income from salary and commission income. But wrongly filed ITR-4 U/s 44 AD. Which is wrong because commission income can not be filed by ITR-4. Return is already processed.

In FY 2018-19 he has only Commission income now how can we show our commission income? and in which ITR form ??
Because if we opt out from presumptive basis and our income is more than basic exemption limit then we require to do Tax Audit.
plz solve my problem
