No. Sec. 44AD is applicable only to an individual, HUF or a partnership firm other than a LLP [Refer Explanation (a) to Section 44AD].

44AD is not applicable for companies. Applicable only an individual HUF and partnership firm other than LLP. Individual must be resident.
