WHETHER THEY ARE PROFESSIONALS OR SERVICE PROVIDERS.
SEC 44AD NOT APPLIED TO PROFESSIONS BUT I THINK IT TALKS ABOUT SPECIFIED PROFESSIONS NOT OTHERS.

In my view.
Sec 44AD(6) specifies that it would not apply to "a person carrying on professions AS REFERRED TO IN SUBSECTION (1) of SEC 44AA"
And as per Sec.44AA(1), none of the profession mentioned above by you is included, hence it can be presumed that those professions are eligible business for the purpose od Sec. 44AD.

THANKS, IT MEANS SEC 44AD DOES NOT APPLIES TO SPECIFIED PROFESSIONS BUT APPLICAPBLE FOR OTHER PROFESSIONS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS.
