Raja sir as per section 44AD sub section 6 (b) business of playing , hiring , or leasing of goods carriage not applicable for section 44 AD of income tax act , so I think he is eligible for 44AE

as in sec 44 AE there is no limit for T/o only vehicle s limit can I go for 44AE as the the assessee not have any record
